How can I make the headband larger or smaller?

To make our UV shields more user-friendly we have made our adjustable straps at the back of the headband. A little hack to adjust the size of the headband can also be by applying a little heat through a hair dryer which will warm up the insert inside the sleeve and allow you to make it larger or smaller.
